Single class for adults aged 17+
Beginner level class
Most adult students begin here. They will learn about awareness, avoidance, de-escalation, and action. They will receive solutions to the most common attacks and learn about pre-fight indicators, mob mentality, and situational awareness.
Intermediate level class
Again, the next level is from the beginner class, where students will participate more in sparring, group defence drills, ground fighting, weapon defence, and more.
Fight Fit class
A cardio-based class for all adult students, a fast-paced, noncontact class with striking on focus pads, H.I.I.T. training, and more.
Mobility and strength training class (for all ages)
This class complements all the other classes by improving mobility and strength through practical ranges of motion to advance their skills in the other classes. Students are finding this class very beneficial.
