No. We will build students up week by week. Students will gain strength and fitness as a byproduct of training.

No, you do not need any previous experience, but a background in some disciplines, such as boxing or kickboxing, might be useful.

We learn striking and movement drills, situational awareness, ground fighting, close-quarter fighting in confined spaces and weapon defence.

We have classes for all ages. Kids’ classes start from 5 years of age, and adults’ classes start from 17.

We have beginner, intermediate, kids’ and teens’, and mobility classes.
Also, a fight-fit cardio class is coming soon.
