We started as part of The Institute of Krav Maga Ireland in January 2014 and became independent in 2020. We wanted to create a broader focus on situational awareness and soft skills to use with the physical side of self-defence training.
Our ethos is Awareness, Avoidance, De-escalation, and Action.
There is more to self-defence/self-protection than striking and hitting. We must ensure our use of force is morally, ethically, and legally justified, as the impact can extend beyond the initial conflict. If necessary, we will use our hard skills.
Our instructor team has trained all over Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, and we strive to upskill to provide the most relevant training possible constantly.
We teach a mix of Krav Maga, Kapap, Wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu. This covers a wide range of situations, from striking control and ground fighting. We also teach defence against various weapons such as knives, sticks/bats, and firearms.
We are a fully inclusive organisation. We work with schools and charities and adhere to our organisation’s strict guidelines.
