Our 8-week beginners’ course is designed to teach a wide range of self-defence skills to students. Each week, we provide practical training programs, situational awareness drills, and discussions to build up the students’ knowledge.
With new practical hard skills and solutions to common attacks taught every week, students drill them in scenario-based training. As the classes progress, more skills are added, and the workload is increased, helping students to become fitter and stronger week by week.
This course is suitable for anyone over the age of 17, regardless of experience level. A basic level of fitness is required, but no equipment is needed at the start of the course, so students can attend without any additional costs.
